The first wash is fine, but the second and third washes etc. Does the freon keep decreasing every time you wash it? So using another ac service, there's never been a problem with the freon. Don't look for money like that. My freon is leaking, luckily someone can fix it.

At first, when I saw the review on Google, it looked ok. But it turns out that people who give good reviews are usually the first time using the services here. My experience is 2x. The technician is still honest. But the third meeting just looks real. At the third meeting I only asked to wash the AC. At first glance, there is nothing strange. But as soon as the outdoor unit was washed, I could hear the sound of metal hitting 2x. I didn't suspect anything because I didn't have any thoughts and 2x previous work was also done neatly and neatly. As soon as the technician came home, suddenly the AC didn't cool down, I complained to the technician, he even said that the freon was lacking (the upper pipe was frozen). THE LOGIC ONLY YAAA Before washing my air conditioner was fine and there were no frozen pipes. After washing, it doesn't cool down and the Freon decreases (????). Finally the next day he came again to add Freon which was clearly more expensive than regular washing. But since then a few weeks later the air conditioner is back so it's not cold. The top pipe is frozen which means the Freon is low again. Normally Freon never decreases, if a technician says the freon has decreased, it's because you have been tricked or tricked by the technician so that you spend more money. I suspect Freon is leaking (or intentionally leaking). I consulted a neighbor whose house was a bit far away, coincidentally, he was a technician too, after he checked, it was discovered that my Outdoor AC was DAMAGED so that the Freon kept leaking. There I remember the sound of metal hitting 2x that I heard the last time my air conditioner was washed, apparently my outdoor unit was reconditioned so that the freon always leaks. Finally, after my neighbor fixed it, there was no more Freon leaking. I learned a lot from my neighbors about AC maintenance and now I can maintain it myself by buying the tools myself. My message is to be careful as a consumer, technicians have a lot of sense so that consumers spend more money than they should. Try watching Youtube videos about how AC technicians outsmart consumers so they understand. DON'T EASY TO TAKE CONCLUSIONS JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY GOOD REVIEWS. Those who give good reviews because this is the first time using the services of a technician. Not many times. In the beginning, the technicians always appear as technicians who look "Honest and Expert" but in reality they only appear after 3-4 times being called to the house/office. That's my experience and there are already 2 AC technician companies that I blacklisted for tricking me. Beware.
