★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service ac di sini, beli kabel transmisi ori sama dia 250 rb dan biaya pasang 100 rb, 3 hari kemudian AC mati, saya telfon untuk meminta garansi, dan tukang servis menolak datanh dengan alasan ac saya sudah tua dan tidak perlu lagi di perbaiki, padahal saya sudah meminta tukang service untuk datang dan mengecek tapi di tolak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satu2nya service AC yang pernah saya gunakan yang tidak menawarkan isi freon ketika tidak dibutuhkan. rata2 service AC yang saya panggil selalu menawarkan isi freon padahal tidak dibutuhkan. teknisi sangat on time serta attitude sopan. pengerjaan cepat. jujur ketika ditanya mengenai AC dan bahkan memberi opsi yang lebih murah (yang tidak menggunakan service beliau) ketika itu merupakan opsi yang lebih baik. ketika saya bertanya mengenai AC bocor, langsung direspon dengan menelfon dan menjelaskan berbagai opsi yang mungkin dilakukan. excellent service. sangat recommended.
The only AC service I've used that doesn't offer freon content when it's not needed. On average, the AC service I call always offers Freon contents even though they are not needed. technicians are very on time and polite attitude. fast processing. be honest when asked about air conditioning and even gave a cheaper option (which didn't use his service) when it was a better option. when I asked about the leaky air conditioner, I was immediately responded by calling and explaining the various options that might be done. excellent service. highly recommended.
