1. bersih bgt
2. ada garansi : Jadi kalau ternyata ac bermasalah / masih kurang dingin bisa info lagi.
3. Booking mudah, via WA
4. Responsive : staff di WA nya bales kurang dr 10 jam (sebaiknya ketika working hour supaya respon lbh cepet lg)

1. is very clean
2. There is a warranty: So if it turns out the AC is problematic / still not cool enough, it can be more info.
3. Easy booking, via WA
4. Responsive: the staff in WA reply less than 10 hours (preferably when working hours so the response is faster again)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami sudah 3 kali service AC menggunakan Easy Cool, dan kami puas akan pelayanannya. Waktu itu kami kesulitan mencari service AC, ditolak sana sini dgn macam2 alasan. Waktu menghubungi Easy Cool pertama kali, langsung direspon positif, dan langsung dijadwalkan kedatangan teknisi ke tmpt tinggal kami. Teknisinya ramah, ahli dibidangnya, rapi kerjanya dan cepat, serta melayani dengan hati. Bagian admin juga cepat merespon & sopan, selalu dikabarkan kalau teknisi ada atau tidak ada. Kalau teknisi tiba di apartemen kami juga selalu dikabarkan. Bahkan kami merekomendasikan juga ke kerabat untuk menggunakan jasa Easy Cool, dan kerabat kami puas. Maju terus & sukses selalu untuk Easy Cool.
We have 3 times of AC services using Easy Cool, and we are satisfied with the service. At that time we were having trouble finding AC service, being refused here and there for various reasons. When contacting Easy Cool for the first time, it was immediately responded positively, and technicians were immediately scheduled to arrive at our residence. The technicians are friendly, experts in their fields, neat and fast working, and serve with heart. The admin section is also quick to respond & polite, it is always reported if there is a technician or no. If the technician arrives at our apartment, it's also always reported. We even recommend to relatives to use the services of Easy Cool, and our relatives are satisfied. Keep going forward & always success for Easy Cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak professional sekali, 3x membuat janji, semuanya tidak ada yang tepat waktu dan sesuai,, tidak ada kabar dari cust servicenya jika ada perubahan. Harus clientnya yg aktif bertanya! Cust servicenya tidak memberikan solusi apapun!
Percuma udah pakai booking form, toh ga akan pernah sesuai juga!!
Kecewa sekali!
Very unprofessional, made 3x appointments, none of them were on time and appropriate, no news from the customer service if there were any changes. Must be an active client asking! The customer service does not provide any solution!
It's useless already using the booking form, it will never match anyway!!
Very dissapointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuci 4 AC dan + freon, ONTIME kalau buat service cuci. Tapi TIDAK ONTIME, kalau buat claim.
Ac setelah di cuci malah bocor, dan lama sekali claim garansinya.
Masih bocor untuk 2 ac. 1 ac sudah di claim garansi (dalam 2 hari). 1 ac lagi sudah janji mau kirim teknisi sampai 3x dibatalkan terus.
Per hari ini juga belum datang teknisinya. Tolong Jangan permainkan pelanggan. Padahal sudah lama saya langganan.
Wash 4 AC and + freon, ONTIME if you make a washing service. But NOT ONTIME, if you make a claim.
The AC after washing it leaked, and it took a long time to claim the warranty.
Still leaking for 2 ac. 1 ac has been claimed under warranty (within 2 days). 1 more ac has promised to send a technician up to 3x it keeps canceling.
As of today, the technician hasn't arrived yet. Please Don't play with customers. I've been a subscriber for a long time.
