★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf saya kembalikan ke bintang 1. Awalnya saya niatnya servis, terus disuruh ganti unit baru dengan harga 2 jutaan lebih yang ternyata unit bekas dan turun jadi 1/2PK. Setelah beberapa hari ditinggal, AC yang saya beli bermasalah. Saya benar-benar kecewa. Duit habis berkali-kali buat bayar jasa servis dan beli sparepart (katanya sparepart harus diganti). Ternyata, setelah ditinggal muncul lagi masalah baru. Udah berbulan-bulan AC saya selalu aja dapat masalah baru. Emang ga bisa ya berbuat jujur dan gak play victim begini? Kalo emang alasannya butuh duit, jangan pernah menipu orang lain. Saya udah pakai jasa service AC yg lain dan memang benar adanya kalau modus penipuan jaman sekarang itu service, tapi merusak/menukar komponen agar kita terlihat bodoh dan pakai jasa nya lagi untuk bertanggung jawab, padahal tiap datang mintain duit buat beli komponen. Dan begitu seterusnya pemerasan terjadi sampe kita terpaksa beli unit AC baru. Di chatnya seakan2 dia korban penipuan dari seller ACnya (padahal dia yg menyarankan ganti unit AC dari toko tersebut), saya minta nomor seller ACnya ga dikasih. Screenshot chatnya ga dikasih dengan alasan dihapus. Sekarang bener2 ngilang dan ga bertanggung jawab, ga pernah respon lagi. Cuma minta saya hapus review ini doang. Ga akan saya hapus, biar semua orang berhati-hati sama tukang servis macam ini. Jangan sampai ada korban lainnya.

Sorry, I returned it to 1 star. At first I intended to service, then I was told to replace a new unit with a price of 2 million more which turned out to be a used unit and dropped to 1/2PK. After a few days of being left, the AC I bought had problems. I'm really disappointed. The money was spent many times to pay for services and buy spare parts (he said spare parts had to be replaced). Apparently, after being left behind, a new problem emerged. It's been months my AC always gets new problems. Can't you be honest and not play the victim like this? If you really need money, don't ever cheat on other people. I've used other AC service services and it's true that today's fraudulent mode is service, but destroying/exchanging components so that we look stupid and use their services again to be responsible, even though every time we come we ask for money to buy components. And so on the blackmail happened until we were forced to buy a new AC unit. In the chat it seems as if he is a victim of fraud from the AC seller (even though he was the one who suggested replacing the AC unit from the shop), I asked for the AC seller number to not be given. The chat screenshot was not given with the reason it was deleted. Now really missing and irresponsible, never respond again. Just asking me to delete this review. I'm not going to delete it, let everyone be careful with this kind of service man. Don't let there be another victim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janji jam berapa, eh datang jam berapa. Diawal saya hanya minta bersihkan AC saja deal katanya harga 75rb. Eh pas sampai, gak saya tungguin kerjanya malah asal2an. AC diturunin, pasang lagi asal2an, tembok sampe rontok. Jadi bikin suudzon jangan2 sparepartnya diambil krn sy perempuan gak paham ky gini.. Selang AC di pindah langsung bolongin fiber ventilasi asal2an tanpa izin dulu. Bikin jelek dilihat pdhl sebelum dia dtg rapi & gak ada masalah pembuangan airnya. Udahannya langsung mentung harga 2x lipatnya pula. Mengecewakan.
Besok lagi kerja benar & jujur aja kang. Maaf. Terima ksih.

Turned down the AC, plugged it back in carelessly, the walls fell out. So don't make a suudzon, don't take the spare parts because I'm a woman who doesn't understand like this. Makes it ugly to look at before he arrives neatly & there is no problem with draining the water. After that, the price was doubled as well. Disappointing.
