★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat di kasir staf ada banyak bahkan nganggur tp kasa di buka hanya 1. Kmdn saat pembayaran sangat tidak profesional seperti baru belajar berhitung dan kebingungan. Tolong diganti staf nya dg yg profesional.
When at the cashier, there were a lot of staff who were even unemployed, but the screen was only opened 1. Kmdn at the time of payment was very unprofessional like just learning to count and was confused. Please replace the staff with a professional one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini belanja di Sephora parah bgt. Saya bayar pakai QR ada tulisan berhasil dan saldo saya di mutasi tertulis Debit yg artinya uang saya sdh kepotong untuk pembayaran. Kasir mengatakan sistem mereka blm menerima pembayaran. Lalu barang saya mau ditahan dan disuruh bayar lagi besok jika uang blm masuk.
Jujur saya merasa tersinggung , ada managernya jg dan satu sales lain yg melihat saya seperti saya perampok. Lalu saya sampaikan tidak bisa dan saya ngotot karna saya sdh bayar dan saya disuruh menunggu. Saya marah karena barang saya mau ditahan. Padahal saya butuh krem nya buat acara besok.Setelah menunggu 5 menit , datang mbak kasirnya kasih slip bahwa pembayaran sudah beres tanpa say Sorry!. Bener2 service bintang 1 buat mbak kasirnya. Tolong Sehora perhatikan ini. Karena nama toko anda sudah International tapi perlakuan tidak profesional! Thx!
This is the first time shopping at Sephora is really bad. I paid using a QR, it said "Successful" and my balance was written "Debit" which means my money has been deducted for payment. The cashier said their system has not received the payment. Then I want to hold my goods and be told to pay again tomorrow if the money has not arrived.
Honestly, I feel offended, there is also a manager and another salesperson who looks at me like I'm a robber. Then I said I couldn't and I insisted because I already paid and I was told to wait. I am angry because my belongings want to be detained. Even though I need the cream for tomorrow's event. After waiting 5 minutes, the cashier came and gave me a slip that the payment was done without saying Sorry!. Really 1 star service for the cashier. Please Sehora pay attention to this. Because the name of your shop is already international but the treatment is not professional! Thx!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most friendly staffs of all sephora stores in jakarta. The staffs are very helpful and fast service. Unfortunately the products are not complete so you must check every product availability. But overall, i'm a satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ask about the brush to one of the staff in sephora PIM 2. She looked like she had no clue whats the different between two type of brush from the same brand. She’s no good salesgirl. Dear sephora, you need to train your staff. I sometimes buy things, because the sales is a good seller. But this one, she just stood there, like a sculpture. So when I ask, why should I buy this one, she got cooky and aa ee aa eee and said ya, thia one smaller, than this one. That, you no need to explain girl, I can saw it with my own eyes… gosshh.. Soon after I grab that brush, I swear I had no interest at all to seek for other products. I thought sephora is different than any other makeup store. But hey sephora Indonesia, you failed
