★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and unreliable. I visited the store and purchased GHD Hairdryer. The staffs did not provide professional assistance when I was asking them to check whether other Sephora branches carry any color of GHD air hairdryer except black and they confirmed it was unavaible. I found out the next day when my sister purchase same product with Pink Blush color at Plaza Indonesia with even cheaper price and received 1 free haircomb by GHD. she was offered to join the Sephora membership to gather points for the purchase. I did not received any of those priviledge on my purchase.
Having addressed this issue to Sephore customer care, I did not received a positive feedback as well.
