Paaket di kirim ke penerima tanpa konfirmasi ke pengirimnya. Padahal ada yg rusak.
Cargo yang sangat tidak bertanggung jawab.
Ada kelebihan transfer untuk pembayaran ongkos kirim susah diminta refund banyak alasan.
Ada 2x pembayaran ongkos kirim juga susah diminta dihitung deposit tapi mau dipakai bayar paket berikutnya juga ga bisa
Some of the damaged packages are broken playing unpacking and don't want to replace the damaged ones.
The package is sent to the recipient without confirmation to the sender. Even though something was broken.
Very irresponsible cargo.
There is an excess transfer for payment of postage, it is difficult to ask for a refund for many reasons.
