★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan ini bagus dari lokasi yang strategis dekat ke perkantoran pemkab bogor dan polres bogor ke depok juga dekat karena perbatasan. Fasilitas diperumahan juga lumayan ada taman bermain anak ada mushola akses jalan juga luas desain awal rumah juga modern minimalis tapi banyak pemilik yg sudah mengubah layout rumahnya cuma sayang tidak ada jaringan PDAM jadi terkadang kesulitan mengakses air karena hanya mengandalkan sumur bor terkadang kering karena rebutan sumber air dari tetangga yang sama2 menggunakan sumur bor sehingga air tanah terbagi. Akan lebih sempurna jika jaringan PDAM masuk perumahan ini jadi tidak kesulitan air. Sebaiknya PDAM mengagendakan untuk membangun jaringan PDAM diperumahan ini.
This housing is good from a strategic location close to the Bogor Regency Government offices and the Bogor Police Resort to Depok is also close because of the border. The housing facilities are also quite good, there is a children's playground, there is a prayer room, road access is also wide. The initial design of the house is also modern, minimalist, but many owners have changed the layout of their houses, it's just a shame that there is no PDAM network so sometimes it is difficult to access water because they only rely on drilled wells, sometimes they dry up because of fighting over water sources. from the same neighbor using drilled wells so that groundwater is divided. It would be more perfect if the PDAM network entered this housing so there would be no water problems. It is better if the PDAM has an agenda to build a PDAM network in this housing.
