Tempat nyaman sekali ruangan ac nyesss...., Barbernya profesional smua, ga akan nyesel potong disini, ad plus kopinya.
The place is very comfortable, the ac room is good...., the barbers are all professional, you won't regret cutting here, plus the coffee.

Tertulis Buka jam 10. sampe jam stengah 11 ditungguin tapi masih aja belum siap. bilangnya barbernya masih prepare nyuci anduk segala. saya tunggu bisa siap jam brapa ga dijawab dengan jelas.
It says Open at 10. until mid-11 we wait but it's still not ready. He said the barber was still preparing for everything. I am waiting, can I be ready, what time is it not answered clearly.

Sebelumnya maaf bintang 1, beberapa hari lalu kesana sekitar pukul 1.30pm dan saya masuk terlihat hanya ada 1 orang pelanggan yang menunggu dan 1 orang sedang di potong rambut. Kemudian saya tanya ke mas di kasir : Saya : mas antri berapa ? Mas kasir : antri 2 mas, satu yang sedang di potong rambut dan satu yang sedang menunggu. Tapi setelah selesai 2 orang ini barbermannya istirahat mas Saya : kira kira lama ga mas ? Mas kasir : sekitar 20 menit mas Saya : oke deh mas saya tunggu Pukul 2.50pm dua orang sudah selesai dan waktunya mas barberman istirahat , akhirnya sekitar pukul 3.20pm harusnya mas barberman selesai istirahat tapi eng ing eng kok tiba tiba ada adegan beberapa orang serta mas baberman tadi dengan salah satunya bawa kamera. Ternyata oh ternyata bikin konten dulu , baiklah saya tunggu sampai beberapa saat. Eh tapi kok uda lewat 20 menit belum selesai juga, saya sudah 2 jam menunggu dan saya sudah tidak sanggup lagi. Akhirnya saya putuskan pulang saja batal untuk potong rambut, saya sebagai seseorang yang bekerja di industri pelayanan/hospitality tidak puas dengan pelayanan seperti ini. Tidak ada kata maaf saat saya bilang tidak jadi dan pulang, tidak ada memberi tahu ke pelanggan kalau ternyata masih harus menunggu untuk membuat konten terlebih dahulu. Semoga kedepannya lebih bisa meningkatkan pelayanan dengan memahami psikologi pelayanan itu seperti apa tidak hanya mementingkan cuan semata, menunggu itu bukan sesuatu yang menyenangkan untuk pelanggan apalagi lama. Terima kasih, ini hanya review dari sudut pandang saya sebagai pelanggan.
Previously sorry for 1 star, a few days ago I was there at around 1.30pm and I came in and I saw there was only 1 customer waiting and 1 person getting a haircut. Then I asked the mas at the cashier: Me: how much are you waiting in line? Mas cashier: there are 2 queues, one is getting a haircut and one is waiting. But after finishing these 2 people, the barberman took a break, bro Me: do you think it will be long? Mas cashier: about 20 minutes mas Me: ok bro I'll wait At 2.50pm two people had finished and it was time for the barberman to take a break, finally around 3.20pm the barberman should have finished resting but I wonder why suddenly there was a scene of several people and the baberman with one of them carrying a camera. Turns out oh it turns out to make content first, well I'll wait for a while. But how come it's been 20 minutes and it's not finished yet, I've been waiting for 2 hours and I can't take it anymore. Finally, I decided to go home and cancel for a haircut, as someone who works in the service/hospitality industry, I am not satisfied with this kind of service. No apologies when I said no and went home, no telling customers that they still have to wait to create content first. Hopefully in the future we can improve service by understanding the psychology of service, not just paying attention to money, waiting is not something fun for customers, let alone long. Thank you, this is just a review from my point of view as a customer.

Staff gak profesional! Udah booking namun tidak dilayani karena masih menyelesaikan customer sebelumnya, Sudah kami tunggu 1 jam masih belum selesai, ditanya kenapa belum dilayani ternyata ditinggal istirahat yang tanpa penjelasan sebelumnya jika setelah melayani customer akan istirahat dulu, tau gitu kami tinggal dulu untuk melakukan kegiatan lain karna kami dari luar kota!!! Selain itu Customer service/ kasir anda tidak ada attitude malah menyalahkan pelanggan yang katanya datang terlambat, hey maaf kami tidak terlambat karena kami juga punya jam, jika terlambat dari batas kami akan lebih memilih untuk tidak datang. Tambahlah staff capster supaya antrian gak numpuk dan gak pada kecewa seperti kami
Unprofessional staff! Already booked but not served because we are still completing the previous customer, we have waited for 1 hour and it still hasn't finished, asked why it hasn't been served, it turns out that we were left with a break without prior explanation if after serving the customer we will take a break, you know that we stay first to do other activities because we from out of town!!! Besides that, your customer service / cashier doesn't have an attitude instead blaming customers who say they arrive late, hey sorry we are not late because we also have hours, if you are late from the limit we will prefer not to come. Add a staff capster so that the queue doesn't pile up and you won't be disappointed like us

Premium barber di Magelang ? tempat keren dan bersih puol! Ruangannya ber AC (yg paling penting non smoking) jadi gak bau.. barberman disini rapi, stylist, gak banyak ngomong, detail dan bisa kasih edukasi ke customer tentang gaya rambut Harap bersabar aja sih karna memang kadang antrian di barber ini cukup banyak.. better reservasi dulu jadi gak terlalu lama menunggu. Tapi bisa juga kalau mau nunggu sambil pijat reflexy di lantai 2 ada Senopati Reflexology.. atau ngopi di sebelahnya barber ada Senopati Kopi, jadi nunggu antrian gak membosankan dan gak bikin bete ? Pokoknya suami auto ganteng setiap habis haircut di Senopati Barber ?
Premium barber in Magelang cool place and clean puol! The room is air conditioned (most importantly non-smoking) so it doesn't smell bad.. the barberman here is neat, stylist, doesn't talk much, is detailed and can educate customers about hairstyles Please be patient, because sometimes the queue at this barber is quite a lot.. better make a reservation first so you don't have to wait too long. But it's also possible if you want to wait while having a reflexy massage on the 2nd floor there is Senopati Reflexology... or coffee next to the barber there is Senopati Kopi, so waiting in line is not boring and doesn't make you tired ? Anyway, the husband is handsome after every haircut at Senopati Barber ?
