★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for learn and gaining knowledge. Great human resources, the teachers are very professional and visionary, the gardeners and security are well-coordinated. SMA 2 really has a good atmosphere for study, suasana sekolah bikin nyaman buat stay dan selalu bikin kangen. The school also has a very wide School area and football field. My alma mater has a great target to reach. Sekolah top di Purwokerto??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State Junior High School 2 Purwokerto is the best high school in the town. Such an honour that I had studied there and get many valuable experiences between 2011 and 2014.
The supporting facilities are more than enough. It has wide field at the front that is used for ceremony, PE subject, camping, or car park. There is also basketball court at the back surrounding with gravity walls. This building consists of combination of new building in the north and mostly old building in the south (since about a century ago). The total area is much spacious; thus, at the first coming you might get lost ?.
SHS 2 Purwokerto has many classrooms that each could accomodate around 30 students. It is also provided with Physics lab, Biology lab, Chemistry lab that have lab assistant and complete scientific equipments and materials. A computer and a languange lab are provided with approximately 30 computers and headsets. Each lab or classroom is equipped with projector and screen.
For accomodating formal event, it has wide ward in the back east with old-style architecture that has strong concept of colonial building. The library is cozy enough with many collections of book ranging from textbooks, fiction, or non-fiction, some computers for browsing through internet, and some tables and chairs. I love the library very much besides the canteen. Unfortunately the canteen is not large enough to accomodate thousands students during the break time; despite the not too big area, the meals and snacks are various and very affordable for student pocket. And the most iconic building in the school area is the 2 floors mosque that is dominated with gold colour.
Definitely, I always remember all the sweet memories of studying here for 3 years. I miss my friends, the normal class atmosphere, the exam atmosphere, the kind-hearted or even the strict teachers. I wish I could turn back the time and sat on the chairs, paying attention to the teacher's explanation.
