Sendang putri tanpa tembok sama sekali dan sendang putra hanya berdinding sedada orang dewasa, sehingga terlihat sekali dari atas tangga menuju sendang.
Airnya sangat jernih dan tidak pernah kering bahkan di musim kemarau. Hanya saja jika sungai bedog banjir, sendang ini terendam. Walaupun cepat surut.
Di pagi dan sore hari sendang biasa di pakai mandi dan mencuci baju.
Sendang untuk putra seringkali warga yg sudah sepuh (kakek2) mandi telanjang bulat, jadi agak risih juga untuk bermain air di situ.
Pada malam2 tertentu, ada yg menjalankan ritual kungkum di sendang ini.
