★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Sangat tidak pantas. Di Google tulisannya buka dari jam 8. Sampai di sana diberi Tau buka jam 10. Padahal saya cuma ingin mengambil sertifikat yang sudah diprint. Hanya tinggal dikasih saja, sudah ke Sana 2 kali disuruh menunggu jam 10 Dan menunggu istirahat selesai. Sudah begitu jam 4 sudah tutup. Hey pak, bu, kami mahasiswa dikira ngga Ada kelas dari pagi-sore? Apa gunanya kalian Kerja Dan digaji di Sana Kalau kalian hanya duduk-duduk saja Dan tidak bisa melayanin mahasiswa Karena hal-hal sepele seperti itu? Sungguh tidak Ada gunanya sama sekali. Kalo bisa saya rate 0 bintang, pasti sudah says rate 0 bintang. Sampah.
Very bad service. Very inappropriate. On Google the writing is open from 8 o'clock. Until there I was told Tau opens at 10. Even though I just wanted to take the printed certificate. All that's left is to give it, have been there two times and told to wait at 10 and wait for the break to finish. It's already 4 o'clock closed. Hey sir, ma'am, we are thought to have no class from early in the morning? What is the point of you working and being paid there if you just sit around and can't serve students because of such trivial matters? Really no use at all. If I could rate 0 stars, it would have said the rate was 0 stars. Rubbish.
