★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered aircon servicing (just for cleaning) between 9-12 morning. Provider confirmed the day before that he would come between 9-10 morning. On the day, 9:30 he requested to postpone due to rain. Waited until almost 12 and said he couldn't come and cancelled the appointment. Wasted the whole morning and would book someone else next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the vendor "I___ Cahaya Tek___" from Sejasa, the service for washing machine not professional, didnt check all the problem, just check the problem partially which make us need to buy lot of spareparts, where actually better we buy the new one instead of fix the machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is scam to the highest degree! My AC is leaking water, but no other problems whatsoever. When they serviced my AC they said the capacitor is broken and hence the freon is dry, (at which later i found out that Inverter ACs such as mine has no capacitor) so they said I have to refill freon (which i later found out that freon doesn't need refilling if it's leaking water) and also fix the leaks in the pipes -> when they gave me the bills it was IDR 1,2 million for a simple water leak. The cost should have been 150K max. Do not use this service!
