Diawal tidak ada greeting sama sekali,menginfokan tidak jelas laundry akan selesai berapa hari, saat wa kurir menginfokan 2 hari selesai, tp ternyata si admin bilang bs seminggu karena cuma ada 1 kurir?! Dia bilang bnyk antrian cucian, tp kurir knp cuma 1??bahkan saya bayar dihitung 2 mesin karena 1 mesin max 5kg, punya saya 7,5 kg, saya tidak keberatan tapi kalo pelayanannya jg tidak sesuai sorry to say, this is my first & last time laundry di sini??♀️??

The service so bad! this laundry is not recommended. Admin or cs i dunno who is she, not polite with customer. At the beginning there was no greeting at all, informing that it was not clear how many days the laundry would be finished, when the courier said it was 2 days finished, but apparently the admin said it could be a week because there was only 1 courier?! He said there were a lot of laundry queues, but why is the courier only 1?? even I paid for 2 machines because 1 machine max 5kg, mine is 7.5 kg, I don't mind but if the service doesn't match sorry to say, this is my first & last time laundry here??♀️??
After receiving proof of transfer from me, immediately blocked my wa, very professional
