★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. The employees judge you by your looks. We were looking at semi premium watches, the shop attendants looked a bit reluctant. We called one of them when we wanted to ask about some details and specification, but she left us a few minutes after that.
We finally bought one, and their attitude changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Totally useless service staff - their limit is changing a battery - Absolute disgrace not fit to use the Seiko name. Seiko Japan should strip them of the dealership - if you need a repair go to TikTok in Blok M - do not WASTE your effort to go to this useless Seiko shop for repairs OR services - watchmakers my arse.
