Buat saya yang tidak terlalu suka pedas, sambal matah dan ijonya cukup nyaman di perut, saya bisa nikmatin hehe
Pas datang sepi, mungkin karena mendung
Tempatnya nyaman, ya lumayanlah
Sayang sistem pembayarannya belum bisa debit, hanya bisa cash dan transfer

Dari pesan sampai makanan datang bener2 lama, bahkan orang sebelumnya sampai marah dan cancel pesanan saking lamanya, pesan nasi putih pun dapatnya kerak. Pesan sambal Lu'at, sambal Rica-Rica, sambal Matah, tp sesuai yg di foto, ga ada sambal Matah yg di kasih, gatau sambal apa itu. Entah salah ngasih atau pegawainya yg gatau sambal Matah kaya gmna bentukannya kali ya. Trus harusnya dapat oseng daun pepaya, yg di kasih rebusan daun singkong. Sup nya pun bukan sup rebusan sapi, kaya sup bumbu instant (Royco/Masako). Soalnya beda rasanya, entah memang outlet yg ini beda dr yg lain atau ada kecurangan, entahlah??♀️ Kasih bintang 2 jg krna rasa daging sapi nya msh enak lah, dan kasihan.. selebihnya bener2 ga banget..

Malam ini memutuskan untuk pesan sei sapi kana di aplikasi grabfood. Saya pesan 2 menu yaitu mie goreng sei sapi medium dan sei sapi medium dengan 1/2 porsi nasi jeruk
Pada saat makanannya datang, lihat packagingnya wah bagus dan modern sekali kotaknya. Pada saat dikeluarin dari plastik, ternyata kotak mie gorengnya bocor dan berminyak semua dasar plastiknya. Selain itu mereka juga tidak menyediakan alat makan, tidak tau kelupaan atau memang tidak disediakan
Lanjut bahas makanannya. Kalau lihat review orang yang makan langsung di tempat, porsi daging dan sayur singkongnya banyak, terus dapat kuah juga. Pesan di grab, porsi daun singkongnya sedikit sekali, paling cuma 1 sendok teh. Terus kuahnya tidak ada, dagingnya tidak ada aroma smokiness, dagingnya berlemak cenderung alot, dan dagingnya keasinan bagi saya
Mie gorengnya juga tidak kalah asin dengan dagingnya, malah lebih asin sampai2 harus saya makan dengan sambal biar tidak keasinan. Ohya mie gorengnya tidak pedas dan di aplikasi juga tidak ada pilihan mau dimasak pedas atau tidak
Overall menurut saya sei sapi kana ini makanannya kelewatan asin dan berminyak. Staffnya perlu ditraining lagi dan kualitas makanannya harus dikontrol ulang. Dari segi harga pun cenderung lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan restoran sei yang ada disekitarnya
July 2021 - Sei Sapi Kana Citra Garden
Tonight decided to order Sei Sapi Kana on the Grabfood application. I ordered 2 menus, namely medium beef sei fried noodles and medium beef sei with 1/2 portion of orange rice

Besides that, they also don't provide cutlery, don't know if they forget or it's not provided
Continue to talk about the food. If you look at the reviews of people who eat directly on the spot, the portions of cassava meat and vegetables are large, and you get gravy too. Order in grab, the portion of cassava leaves is very small, at least 1 teaspoon. Then there is no gravy, the meat has no smokiness smell, the fatty meat tends to be tough, and the meat is salty for me
The fried noodles are also no less salty than the meat, even more salty so I have to eat it with chili sauce so it's not too salty. Oh, the fried noodles are not spicy and in the application there is also no choice whether to cook it spicy or not
Overall, in my opinion, this Sei Sapi Kana food is too salty and oily. The staff needs to be retrained and the quality of the food needs to be re-controlled. In terms of price, it tends to be more expensive than the Sei restaurants around it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great as another branch within Tangerang; quick service although during diner time might find a limited choice because most of the menus/ products already sold out.
The staff serves pretty well. Good for dine in as they provide hand sanitizer, physical distancing procedure, lots of wipe tissue and clean place.
Lots of the customer ordered via online application so it seen as deserted place.
