★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotik dalam lingkungan perumahan Duta Bintaro.Lumayan lengkap hanya pelayanan kurang ramah kebanyakan Abg yang baru mulai kerja.Dan tidak di didik customer service.Harga diatas standar sedikit.Halaman parkir sempit hanya bisa roda dua.Bila pakai mobil parkir dipinggir jalan.
Pharmacies in the residential area of Duta Bintaro. Not complete service, only less friendly service, most of the young people who just started work. And not trained in customer service. Prices are slightly above standard. Narrow parking area can only be two-wheeled. If you use a car park on the side of the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang baik... Karyawan kurang, dalam menjelaskan produk, untuk menghindari kesalahan membeli..Harusnya menjelaskan dl , kalau dalam satu produk ada beberapa variant nya... Mahal murah relatif...
Service is not good... Employees are lacking, in explaining products, to avoid buying mistakes.. Should explain dl, if in one product there are several variants... Expensive and relatively cheap...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotik ini sekarang pelayanan nya payah Dan tdk ramah...beda banget dgn dulu...dulu Saya sangat nyaman Dan senang dgn pegawai Dan pelayanan d apotik ini...pesan obat via wa saat kita tdk sanggup k apotik pun cepat sampai nya...sekarang d wa siang br bls malam pas mau tutup...lalu d bilang obatnya besok d antar... namanya org sakit butuh obt Mana bs sprti itu .logika nya org kalau sdh minta antar obat berarti sdh tdk sanggup jalan atau tdk bs keluar LG atau tdk Ada yg bs d mintai tlng beli lngsng, buruknya nya lagi pelayanan saat wa saat Saya bilang "balesnya lama bngt" lngsng d bilang d suruh dtng sendiri Aja ke apotik kalau mau cepet ..hellow.....kalau Bisa dtng k apotik sendiri jln jg Saya mau!...situ Para pegawai apotik mau terpapar covid Juga kalau Saya egois mikirin kesembuhan Saya sendiri mAh sdh Saya dtngin apotik nya .. tolong d kembalikan pelayanan ramah Dan lekas tanggap nya sprti dulu!!!!
This pharmacy now has poor service and unfriendly...very different from before...I was very comfortable and happy with the employees And the service at this pharmacy...ordering medicine via wa when we can't afford it at the pharmacy it arrives quickly. ..now it's noon, then it's late at night when I want to close...then they say the medicine will be delivered tomorrow...the name is sick people need medicine. Where can it be like that.. Logically, if people ask for medicine, it means they can't walk or not. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Can you leave LG or not? Karyawan ceweknya malah sewot waktu ditanya perbedaan kandungan obat, udah ga nyambung sengak lagi
Ga lagi lagi beli di apotek ini? ditempat lain masih banyak yang kasih pelayanan ramah

Pernah suatu ketika beli nacl harga yang dibayar beda..ketika pakai struk lebih murah..kalau enggak pakai struk lebih mahal dikit (kelupaan mungkin) ??
