★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman kemaren bgt kan ceritanya w bantu makeup pager ayu tp ternyata ga dapet ruangan untuk makeup kan kita gatau datenglah mba2 krudung item marketingnya dgn nada jutek bilang pengantinnya disuruh segera cepat keruangan crystalnya ya tempat vip ini (yg dikira ruangan untuk makeup) bkn untuk makeup tp untuk retouch aja soalnya kalo buat makeup lama jd jgn lama2 ya nadanya jutekkk bgt yg biat gw jd tremor gemeteran karna tkut disuruh buru2 keluar ruangan kan. Pokonya ga recomen bgt asli ke capeng² lainnya Jutekk bgttttt marketing cewenya yg pake hijab item banyak ko daksinya sampe 1 ruangan cengo mbanya begituu
Yesterday's experience was great, the story was that I helped a beautiful pager with makeup, but apparently we didn't get a room for makeup, right, we didn't know if you came, ladies and gentlemen, the marketing item hoods, in a loud tone, said the bride and groom were told to hurry to the crystal room, yes, this VIP place (which was thought to be a room for makeup) was not for makeup, but Just for retouch, because if you do old makeup, don't take too long, yes, the tone is really loud, which makes me tremble because I'm afraid to be told to rush out of the room, right. The point is, I don't really recommend it, it's original to other capeng² Jutekk, so many marketing girls who wear hijab items, how come there's a lot of evidence in 1 room, the lady is like that

Tidak profesional, cathering tambahan (dari luar) dtg jam stngh 10 tapi dari pintu parkir masih ditutup. Jd gak bisa masuk.
Trus jam 9an pintu dekat lift jg masih ditutup jd mau masuk ke ballroom gak ada akses. Akhirnya pengantin & keluarga balik lg ke parkiran.
Acara harusnya selesai jam 1, dikasih toleransi 15 menit sampai jam 13.15, tapi kenyataannya jam 12.50 lampu udah dimatiin padahal masih byk tamu.
Marketing juga jutek, gak bisa dikondisikan tampangnya. Jgn terpancing dg harga murah, krn kalau ditotal2 sama aja mahal dg biaya2 tambahan dekorasinya. Upgrade kursi, tambah karpet, pembatas VIP, wedding gate dll itu blm termasuk dan hrs tambah lumayan mahal krn vendor rekanannya harganya mahal jd mau gak mau pake itu wlwpun mahal.
Very disappointed, regret choosing this place.
Unprofessional, additional catering (from outside) arrives at 10pm but the parking door is still closed. So can't enter.
Then at 9 o'clock the door near the elevator was still closed, so when I wanted to enter the ballroom, there was no access. Finally the bride & family returned to the parking lot.
The event was supposed to finish at 1, given a tolerance of 15 minutes until 13.15, but in fact at 12.50 the lights were turned off even though there were still many guests.
Marketing is also dirty, can't be conditioned to look. Don't be provoked by cheap prices, because in total it's the same as expensive with additional decoration costs. Upgrading chairs, adding carpets, VIP barriers, wedding gates, etc. are not included and must be added quite expensive because the vendor partners are expensive, so I don't want to use it even though it's expensive.
