★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PELAYANAN TERBURUK!!! Ga ownernya, ga pegawainya, ALL SUCKS!!Udah nunggu sejam dan booked buat 2 orang tau2 di sela org lain, pdhl udh nunggu sejam di tempat. Dan BOOKING lgsg dan 2x booked. SUCKS!!!
WORST SERVICE !!! No owner, no employee, ALL SUCKS !! It's been waiting for an hour and booked for 2 people to know in between other people, already waiting for an hour at the place. And BOOKING lgsg and 2x booked. SUCKS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah booked dan menunggu 1 jam lebih di tempat, tapi malah didahulukan org yg baru dtg dgn alasan sudah booked dr awal. Kalau begitu kenapa tdk blg dr awal jd kami gausah nunggu sgtu lama. Tdk ada permintaan maaf dari owner dan pegawai, malah menunjukkan sikap tdk bersalah terutama owner yg jutek. Kalo ga percaya, d fave jg ad review yg menyatakan sama, owner-nya judes. Sangat kecewa. Already booked and waited for more than 1 hour on the spot, but instead preceded by new people with the excuse that it was booked from the beginning. Then why not from the beginning so we don't have to wait long. There is no apology from the owner and the employee, instead showing an innocent attitude especially the owner who jutek. If you don't believe, dave also an ad review that says the same, the owner is bitchy. Very disappointed. That's all

I've booked and waited for one hour but suddenly they cut me in with other people that came later than me. And the owner was really impolite. Didnt say sorry at all. Pegawai sm ownernya sm aja, sm2 ga ada adat + freak bgt tu owner ngerjain kuku jutek bgt agak misuh2. Bnr2 ga ada sopan santun. Pdhl gw bayar full dan bukan pake promo jg . Mending klo ga niat, tutup aja deh tu salon. Cm jd batu sandungan doang. Kalo ga percaya, dateng aja sndiri, alamin sendiri. Amit2 jabang bayi gw kesana lg
Terrible service ever! I'm telling you guys, please think 100 times before coming here. I've booked and waited for one hour but suddenly they cut me in with other people that came later than me. And the owner was really impolite. Didn't say sorry at all. The employees of the SM owners are just sm2, there are no customs + freaks, but the owner is working on nails very poorly. There are no manners. Even though I paid in full and didn't use the promo too. Better if you have no intention, just close the salon. Cm to a stumbling block. If you don't believe, just come in, yourself. Amit2 my baby go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servis!!! sy lagi dipegang sama mba ya udah setengah jalan dikerjain, tiba2 si bos suruh mba megang orang lain cuma krn boss ya panic krn ada yang datang udah booking tapi ga ada yang megang dan mba ya terpaksa harus berhenti megang cust lain dan saya dilanjutin sama si boss which is dia ngerjainnya kayak orang dikejer2 maling dan kuku jadi ga rapi, OMG I am not doing the service for free alias BAYAR!! lebih parahnya lagi pas saya minta dikasih glitter ( sesuai janji awal mba ya bisa ) mereka minta tambah 30 rb per kuku, Gila banget, padahal saya regular cust mereka dari nail pedi mani sampe pasang bulu mata,dari karyawan sampe bos WA minta maaf n mau kasih free 1x but let me tell you means nothing! ga akan pernah lagi saya datang ke sana!
Terrible service !!! Never again will I come there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari tempat bagus,dari bahan atau alat yang digunakan bagus. Tapi sayang sekali pelayanannya sangat buruk.terutama admin Wa nya,tidak ada Ramah nya dan seperti tidak tau etika pelayanan.Miris.
From a good place, from the materials or tools used are good. But it's a shame the service is very bad. especially the admin Wa, there is no friendly and like don't know service ethics. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama coba disini, kalau beli di Fave harga murah dan udah dapet kutek Gel, cobain beli paket pedi + meni nya yg di Fave, dan puas banget. Cuman sayang ga dan spa kaki, at least direndem gituh, jadi semua paket kering tanpa pakai air. Bisa nambah spa kalau mau, bayar ekstra.
Overall pelayanan puas sama tempat juga enak, cuman kayaknya kalau ramai nunggunya lama, tempat pedi nya cuman 3 kursi.
First try here, if you buy at Fave, the price is cheap and you can get Gel, try to buy the Pedi + Meni package on Fave, and really satisfied. Just love it and the foot spa, at least it is dimmed, so all the packages are dry without using water. Can add a spa if you want, pay extra.
Overall, the service was satisfied with the place and it was also good, but it seemed like it was busy waiting for a long time, the pedi place was only 3 seats.

Pedicurenya sakit, udah sampe aduh aduh masih aja di paksa ? nail art so so banget ga sesuai harapan, warna kutek tidak lengkap, mbaknya judes. Tempat memang bagus dan comfy, tapi habis bayar aja ga dikasih rincian harga perawatannya kyk langsung aja, ga di kash bon atau invoice. Langsung dibilang totalan dan di suruh bayar, saya tanya rincian katanya ga ada
