Saya SANGAT KECEWA, terhadap bagian staff kalian khususnya satpam :)
Tolong tegaskan bahwa sebagai seorang satpam harus ramah, tamah dan sopan dalam bicara kepada orang lain terutama pihak manapun yg masih ada hubungannya dengan orang yg ingin ke sd kalian.
Contoh : saat ingin parkir motor, diliat dulu kenapa bisa macet. Omongan dijaga jangan kasar, ga semua orang bisa menerima cara omongannya. Liat posisi, siapatau orang yg mau parkir lama maju kedalam, karna melihat sekitarnya banyak anak kecil yg pulang dan masuk atau lg main disekitar sekolahan. Kalo langsung digas, itu anak sd ketabrak mati dll yg kena juga yg mau parkir motor.
Tolong juga buat parkiran khusus dong, dan gerbang bagi dua juga kalo ga mau ribet. Biar ada gerbang masuk parkir dan kluar bocah sd nya tuh. Satpam kok omongannya kasar pake "elu elu" kenal jg ngga. Bukan hanya itu, anak sd aja ditarik didorong dengan "kasar" saat anak itu mau nyebrang abis jajan.
Jujur gak terima saya, sayangnya udah tua sih, gak mungkin ribut sama bapak bapak tua :) gak pantas. Ditegur juga pasti dia gak terima HAHA.
Ini nih penyebab Indonesia gak maju, banyak orang berpendidikan bahkan kerja dilingkungan berpendidikan tapi bahasa dan perilakunya TIDAK SEPERTI ORANG BERPENDIDIKAN.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, for your staff section especially security guards :)
Please emphasize that as a security guard you must be friendly, courteous and polite in talking to others, especially any party that has something to do with people who want to be with you.
Example: when you want to park a motorbike, why do you get stuck? Words are kept not rude, not everyone can accept the way he talks. Look at the position, ready or the person who wants to park for a long time goes inside, because seeing the surrounding many small children who go home and enter or play around the school. If it is directly gassed, it is the child who is knocked to death etc. The one who gets hit is the one who wants to park the motorcycle.
Please also make a special parking lot, and the gate for two if you don't want it to be complicated. Let there be a parking gate and outside the kid is up. The security guard, how come he said harshly using "you" know that you don't. Not only that, children who are only pulled are pushed "rudely" when the child wants to cross after snacks.
Honestly, I don't accept it, unfortunately it's already old, it might not be noisy with you, old man :) I don't deserve it. Also reprimanded, he didn't accept HAHA.
This is the cause of Indonesia not progressing, many people are educated and even work in an educated environment, but their language and behavior are NOT LIKE EDUCATIONAL PEOPLE.
