★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah menuntut ilmu disini. Perkembangan sekolah sangat cepat. Berada di pinggir jalan dan sangat mudah untuk menemukan lokasinya. Hanya saja saat saya masih sekolah disini, keberadaan gudang pabrik sebelahnya membuat suasana kurang nyaman dengan bau menyengatnya. Jajanan favorit saya adalah nasi uduk yang dijual di koperasi siswa pada saat itu. Yang jual istri almarhum kepala sekolah. Jajanan lain ada di belakang sekolah mulai dari agar, telur hingga mainan anak. Pada saat itu ekstrakurikuler hanya pramuka saja. Sering sensian dengan SDN Karanggan 02 karena berbagi lahan dan berbagi lapangan. Untuk upacara senin? Saya lupa seperti apa pembagiannya. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sdn 1 karanggan berlokasi di jalan raya karanggan no. 150 bersebelahan dengan sdn 2 karanggan. Akreditasi sekolah ini adalah B (baik) . Cukup banyak prestasi yang diraih siswa/i dan guru. Selain dididik dengan tenaga pengajar yang profesional siswa punm memiliki kepala sekolah yang berkompetensi dimana mendukung kegiatan yang melibatkan siswa maupun guru. Karena dengan support lah siswa/i dapat mengembangkan potensinya. Ekstrakurikuler yang dapat dilakukan siswa diluar jam pelajar adalah ekskul drumband (hari selasa) , marawis (hari rabu) , pramuka (hari sabtu) / rugby (hari sabtu) . Sederet prestasi sudah banyak diraih oleh siswa diantaranya dalam kegiatan olimpiade, festival seni dan festival pai.
