★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka merupakan salah satu bentuk satuan pendidikan dasar yang terletak di wilayah Dusun Kadisoka, Kelurahan Purwomartani, Kecamatan Kalasan, Sleman Yogyakarta. SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka tidak berada tepat di jalan desa, akses untuk menuju ke sana harus melewati jalan kampung kira-kira 100 meter. Pada awal berdiri, sekolah ini hanya terdiri atas beberapa kelas saja karena tanahnya yang memang tidak terlalu luas. Namun demikian, sekarang SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka sudah memiliki 6 kelas paralel yang setiap jenjang terdiri atas 2 kelas.
Pendekatan manajemen berbasis lingkungan yang dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka selama ini telah terbukti memberikan manfaat yang positif, baik bagi sekolah maupun warga. Kontribusi warga telah ikut membesarkan sekolah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tahun ke tahun siswa SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka selalu bertambah, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Masyarakat ikut merasa bangga dengan keberadaan sekolah yang berada di desa mereka. Hal ini terjadi karena SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka tumbuh menjadi sekolah yang mempunyai prestasi. Dalam bidang akademik, SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka selalu menghasilkan lulusan yang dapat melanjutkan ke sekolah-sekolah favorit di kota Yogyakarta.
Pada tahun pertama meluluskan (2006/2007) nilai rata-ratanya mencapai 22,21 dan berada pada peringkat ke 13 tingkat provinsi. Kemudian pada tahun kedua (2007/2008) berhasil memperbaiki posisi menjadi peringkat 7 di tingkat provinsi dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata UN 26,59. Selanjutnya, pada tahun ajaran 2008/2009 SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka lebih memantapkan diri di peringkat 5 di tingkat provinsi dengan nilai rata-rata 27,55. Sementara pada tahun kelima (2010/2011), SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka berada pada peringkat pertama kecamatan Kalasan, peringkat tiga kabupaten, dan peringkat delapan tingkat provinsi dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 27, 23.
SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka is a form of basic education unit located in the Kadisoka Hamlet, Purwomartani Village, Kalasan District, Sleman Yogyakarta. SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka is not located right on the village road, access to get there must pass through the village road about 100 meters.
