Sebelum memiliki gedung sendiri SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota bertempat di rumah Bapak Ismoyo Bantul. Setelah memiliki ijin berdiri yaitu pada tanggal 29 september 1994 SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota pindah di Komplek masjid Jami’ yang dulu merupakan gedung MTs Bantul. SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota mengalami banyak perubahan dan peningkatan dalam segala hal setelah tahun 1994.
SD Muhammadiyah Bantul City Established in 1994, previously Filial SD Muhammadiyah Pepe. Before having his own building, SD Muhammadiyah Bantul City was housed in the house of Mr. Ismoyo Bantul. After having a standing permit, namely on September 29, 1994, SD Muhammadiyah Bantul City moved to the Jami Mosque Complex, which used to be the MTs Bantul building. SD Muhammadiyah Bantul City experienced many changes and improvements in all respects after 1994.
