Tidak jauh dari pusat kota dan juga jarak yang terjangkau dari berbagai kompleks perumahan disekitarnya.
Prestasi para siswa yang sekolah di fasilitas pendidikan ini cukup memadai dan boleh diacungi jempol, walaupun belum mencapai tingkat nasional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat magang terapan selama sebulan, saya dari STKIP muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung, termasuk sekolah unggulan, dengan fasilitas yang sangat memadai, terdapat 30 kelas, 5 rombel dari setiap kelas, memiliki kurang lebih 60 guru belum termasuk staf tu, di dalam setiap kelas terdapat 2 ac, dan ada 2 guru, ada juga yang 3 guru, di sekolah ini juga terdapat masjid yang sangat besar untuk siswa sholat berjamaah, di sekolah ini juga ada 2 dokter, yaitu dokter umum dan dokter gigi, sungguh sekolah yang sangat bagus. ??????
