★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pertama dan terakhir dech ke salon ini.bener2 disaster potong disana.kanan kiri ga sama minta dipotong layer hasilnya malah bukan bagian depan aja yg bentuk bagian tengah dipendekin juga sedagu.bener2 ga profesional bgt.nyesel bgt potong rambut disini.mau komplain rambut udh jd amburadul bs apa.
 first and last dech to this salon.bener2 disaster cut there.the right side is not the same as asking for the cut layer the result is not even the front of the middle section shape is also shortened. it's chaotic bs what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf aja ini pertama kali kasih rating bad. Jadi saya dapet voucher dr fave yg keterangannya vouchernya bisa dituker dari senin sampai minggu. Tapi pas dateng mba nya bilang cuman bisa dituker dr senin-kamis. Padahal saat datang kondisi salon sepi. Beberapa hari sebelumnya aku telfon salonnya buat reservasi, tapi ga diangkat (nomer sibuk dll). Bayangin aja dr tangsel ke salon itu ga deket :( 31KM. ???
Sorry, this is the first time giving a bad rating. So I got a voucher from a fave whose statement can be exchanged from Monday to Sunday. But when I came, she said that she could only trade from Monday-Thursday. Even though when it came the salon was quiet. A few days before, I called the salon to make a reservation, but it wasn't answered (busy number, etc.). Just imagine from the tangsel going to the salon it's not close :( 31KM. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli voucer untuk body massage, body scrub dan face massage di salon ini melalui aplikasi fave. Disana infokan bahwa voucer dapat di redeem sampai April 2020. Saya beli pd tgl 31 Januari 2020. Ketika saya telp untuk reservasi, staf salon bilang tidak bisa redeem pd hari jumat, sabtu, minggu karena salon ramai. Padahal di aplikasi dituliskan bisa redeem setiap hari termasuk hari libur nasional. Akhirnya saya tanya kalau saya datang langsung dan tanpa reservasi apa bisa? Ga apa apa saya tunggu antrian sesuai antrian di salon, tapi ternyata tidak bisa juga. Saya bilang kalau senin - kamis tutup jam berapa? Jam 9 malam. Lalu staf nya tanya saya beli voucer apa, saya bilang voucer untuk body massage, body scrub, dan face massage. Dia bilang sudah tidak ada treatment itu di salon tersebut, padahal jelas2 masih ada voucer available di aplikasinya untuk body massage nya. Saya sudah beli 2 voucer. Jadi kalau sudah tidak ada treatment tersebut kenapa masih pasang iklan di aplikasi fave nya? Dan tolong diinfokan juga kalau mau redeem voucer fave hanya bisa di hari Senin-Kamis. Terima kasih.
I bought a voucher for body massage, body scrubs and face massages at this salon through the fave application. There was an update that the voucher could be redeemed until April 2020. I bought it on January 31, 2020. When I called for a reservation, the salon staff said that it couldn't be redeemed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday because the salon was busy. Even though the application is written can redeem every day including national holidays. Finally, I asked if I came directly and without a reservation, is that possible? Then the staff asked me what vouchers I bought, I said vouchers for body massages, body scrubs, and face massages. He said there was no treatment at the salon, even though there was clearly a voucher available in the application for his body massage. I bought 2 vouchers. So if there is no such treatment, why do you still advertise on the fave application? And please also inform if you want to redeem fave vouchers only on Monday-Thursday. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan jelek, dan tidak profesional. Salon tutup jam 9, saya datang jam 7.30 setelah tunggu 30menit. Salon nya bilang "besok saja ya, sudah close" klo mmg close knapa saya d suruh tunggu?
Poor service, and not professional. The salon closes at 9, I arrive at 7.30 after waiting 30 minutes. The salon said "tomorrow, it's closed" if it is closed why am I being told to wait?
