agak ragu ambilnya..tapi didalam cluster dan depan gerbangnya lebar jalan 12 meter
diambil juga rumahnya..untuk inves..dan lokasinya memang strategis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dekat kuburan, akses mobil hanya 1 mobil, susah masuknya. tipe perumahan kecil ditengah perkampungan. bangunan bagus, area cukup strategis hanya saja aksesnya susah jika pakai mobil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ akses susah, mobilitas paling bagus pakai motor karena di perkampungan. dekat kuburan. harga kpr dan cash tunai jomplang jauh. strategis dekat alam sutera, paling 5 menit sampai. jalan menuju perkampungan sempit banget dan banyak parkir dijalan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya sih bagus. Cuma aksesnya yg bikin emosi. Bener2 pas buat 1 mobil. Bahkan 1 mobil klo ada motor lain pun ga muat. Apalg kmrn pas bgt berpapasan sm mobil lain. Krn memang perumahannya dikelilingi perkampungan. Haduh mikir berkali2 gmn nnt klo pindahan bawa barang2, atau diperkampungan sana lg ada yg hajatan, auto ga bisa keluar masuk. Fix cuma bisa pake motor. Agak sangsi bakal ada perluasan lahan atau pelebaran akses jalan klo ga ditake over sm pengembang besar.
The housing is good. Only the access makes you emotional. Really just right for 1 car. Even 1 car if there is another motorbike it won't fit. What happened when I passed another car. Because the housing is surrounded by a village. Come on, think many times, how come if you move things with you, or there is someone in the village who has a celebration, the auto can't go in and out. Fix can only use a motorbike. It is somewhat doubtful that there will be land expansion or road access widening if large developers do not use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pernah survei kesini.. ga jadi minat karna akses jalan nya kecil hanya muat 1mobil, karna lewat perkampungan gtu.. sana sini mentok blasssss gak bergerak ?
I did a survey here.. I'm not interested because the road access is small, it only fits 1 car, because it passes through the village.. here and there it's stuck blassssss, it doesn't move ?
