★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enak. Sate kambingnya enak, sop kambingnya jg enak. Makan berlima, ngga sampai 250rb.
 Delicious. The goat satay was delicious, the goat soup was delicious too. Five meals, not up to 250 thousand.

White rice is not good. Peanut flavoring is lacking. The goat satay meat is top and nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasanya biasa aja, daging sate ayamnya kurus, harganya mahal untuk ukuran sate ayam segitu. Kalau buat sekali coba ok, tapi kalau balik lagi harus ada peningkatan.
It's just normal, the chicken satay is thin, the price is expensive for that size of chicken satay. If for one try try ok, but if you go back again there must be an increase.

Goat satay ... meat without oil 47000/10 sticks. Satay is a bit tough & tasteless (no seasoning)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmm...rupanya 'bang takur' ini masih adik/kakak dari sate tegal 'ibu rita' yg banyak cabangnya di sekitar perum, kebon nanas tangerang.
Dengan harga 42K/10 tusuk, sate ini disajikan menggunakan hotplate.
Tekstur dagingnya yg relatif kecil2 setiap tusuknya, cukup empuklah, tp bagi penyuka sate tentunya kurang sepadan antara harga dan irisan dagingnya. Terus terang kalu bicara kuliner, kita harus membandingkan, dgn sejenis yg dijual di jakarta, meski harga sekitar 55-60K, tp potongan dagingnya jauhhh lebih besar besar, mahal tp puasss.
Sopnya juga menurut ane standar, spt sop madura umumnya (pdhal ini khas tegal), tidak ada/kurang rasa khas bumbu rempahnya yg menonjol dibanding sop lain.
Penyanjian sate tegal biasanya daging sate cukup lsg dibakar sampai matang lalu sajikan dgn bumbu kecap komplit..dah gitu aja, tanpa di cocol dgn kecap atau bumbu lain selama dibakar, ini ciri khas tegal yg berbeda dgn sate madura/sate2 jawa lain. Sayangnya yg asli tegal, dgn irisan dagung cukup besar2, belum/tidak ada disekitar tangerang atau belum terdeteksi. Entahlah..
Hmmm... apparently this 'bang takur' is still the sister/brother of the Tegal satay 'ibu Rita' which has many branches around the Perum, Tangerang Pineapple Plantation.
With a price of 42K/10 skewers, this satay is served using a hotplate.
The texture of the meat, which is relatively small on each skewer, is quite tender, but for those who like satay, it's certainly not worth the price and the slices of meat. Frankly speaking, when it comes to culinary, we have to compare it with similar ones sold in Jakarta, even though the price is around 55-60K, but the pieces of meat are much bigger, expensive but satisfying.
The soup is also standard according to me, like Madura soup in general (even though this is typical of Tegal), there is no / less distinctive flavor of spices that stands out compared to other soups.
In serving Tegal satay, the satay meat is usually just grilled until cooked and then served with complete soy sauce.. that's it, without dipping it with soy sauce or other spices while it is grilled, this is the characteristic of Tegal which is different from Madura satay/other Javanese satays. Unfortunately the original one is Tegal, with quite large slices of meat, not yet / not around Tangerang or not detected. I have no idea..
