★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli 3 porsi sate kambing & 1 porsi sate ayam dengan harga 200rb. Sate kambingnya dengan saus kacang, kecap, dan kecap pedas sedangkan ayamnya dengan kacang.
Daging sate kambingnya lembut-lembut semua namun lemaknya cukup banyak, dan ada ati nampaknya jadi kurang suka tapi ini oke dibanding sate kambing di tempat lain yg alot-alot dan berserat bgt. Daging ayamnya biasa aja sih, basic aja dan lebih suka kambingnya.
Sausnya yg sedap kecap pedasnya sih jadi segar bgt makan malem-malem ditambah dengan nasi panas, kacangnya kurang kental menurutku jadi oke aja.
Untuk yang cari makan sate kambing lembut yg enak bisa bgt kesini, tidak bikin kesal dan saus kecapnya juga bisa ngimbangin rasa dari dagingnya??.
Buy 3 portions of goat satay & 1 portion of chicken satay at a price of 200 thousand. The goat satay is with peanut sauce, soy sauce, and spicy soy sauce while the chicken is with peanuts.
The mutton satay meat is all soft but there is quite a lot of fat, and the liver doesn't seem to like it but this is okay compared to goat satay elsewhere which is tough and very fibrous. The chicken meat is just ordinary, just basic and I prefer goat.
The sauce is delicious, the spicy soy sauce makes it really fresh to eat at night plus hot rice, the beans are not thick enough in my opinion so it's okay.
For those who are looking for delicious soft goat satay, you can come here, it doesn't irritate you and the soy sauce can also balance the taste of the meat??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other Tegal's satay with medium well grilling, the goat meat was so juicy. You should try the goat soup also. And at the top of its dine...the "poci" tea completed your afternoon before and after meals, indeed with rock white sugar...so refreshing ?
