★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My most favorite place to eat chicken satay, there are several traditional satay carts here, most of the cart sells chicken satay and some also sells lamb satay. We can order chicken satay with lontong (rice cake wrapped in leaves) and we can dine in the car. The seller will deliver the meals in the car. During this Covid 19 condition, it is more comfortable to eat in the car due to the social distancing protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very crowded place for a night meal. Along the street various tenants, which all sells Satay. Ranging mostly on chicken satay, skin satay, and egg satay. Waiting time on weekend could reach up to 1 hour. Simple street food hawker with seperate seatings. A good place to hangout with friends. Price is affordable, satay meat are quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have ordered sate kambing rather than sate kulit instead. Sate kulit was chewy and rather salty because it's cooked taichan style. Luckily we ordered bumbu kacang to fix the taste. We had to wait quite a long time before our order was served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Legendary chicken satay in south Jakarta. The meat is juicy and you should try the Egg Satay too. They don't have any dining area so you can eat in your car. Very delicious and tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ similar with gultik, there are actually 3 satay sellers with gerobak, each with similar menus : chicken satay, taichan satay, and goat satay. we tried there of them, but from different sellers. I like chicken satay, but my friend like taichan. so I guess it is fair to say if they are all quite delicious. price ranging from 30 to 40 thousands IDR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hidden (to me) i must say. why nobody told me about this area until i posted it on social media and everyone’s replies were like they have the best satay! ? anyway, they do have a very good chicken/goat satay! you can dine in but since the seating isn’t that comfy, dine in your car is the best option! i can’t say which stand has the best satay because i’ve only tried once! definitely gonna come back! please please make a stop! it’s yummy and perfect for your sunday supper to close your weekend yummmm
