Not a busy time, service was fast.
Sate klathak was savory and tender
Tengkleng was the flavour bomb.
We ordered:
2 rice
2 klathak sate (@2 pcs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the oldies and famous goat satay restaurant in Jogja. The taste is good, the meat is well softly cooked. Since it's already famous, they already prepare a very spacious parking lot even for busses because there are many tourists coming on weekend. If you cannot find a table because it's already full, go to the second branch nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because it was recommended by my cousin. Previously, my friends also said that the sate klathak here is delicious. Finally got to come with the family haha. When I tried it, it was delicious! We ordered Sate klathak, Tengklek, Goat fried rice and of course the drink Sechang (traditional drink made from spices), very delicious! Because it's famous, even though it's a holiday or work day it's still crowded and makes a little long to wait. You can also make a reservation in advance. Even though it's crowded, if it's delicious, you'll be waiting for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tastes good, quite large space because its always crowded (usually visited there on weekend). But if you want something light to eat while waiting for your food, you can order "otak2" there (I personally havent tried it). Waited for about 1 or 2 hours for the food to come. There are toilet, mosque, child area with some toys there, even a place to keep lost and found stuffs. The restaurant has an amazing view of farm. Really liked it!!! Its location is pretty much easy to find with gmap if your not from Yogyakarta. Overall recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The infamous satay in town. If you want to come here and dine in, please warn yourself that you will have to wait at least 1.5 hours before your orders come to your table. I came here at 2pm and my orders served at 4 pm. So, if you're dead hungry, do not consider eating here or you'll starve. But actually, their management is already well established. Your order will be made according to the queue. They also deliver your drinks first while you wait for the satay or others main menus. The ambience was crowded with a paddy rice view. You can also see the employees making the satay in front of the restaurant. For the satay taste itself, it was soft and not stinky at all. Their sauce was a bit watery but the chili was so spicy. I also tried tengkleng and it was great too! No chewy meat there. Overall, it was a pleasant visit but I think I will visit another branch of this restaurant due to its high hype here.
