The portion is big enough, you may share for 2-3 person for tengkleng.
The meat is tender enough.
But I hope I can try the real one at Pak Manto's original/center at Solo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a popular lamb satay restaurant at Jl. Gejayan (Jl. Affandi) in Karang Gayam, Condongcatur, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region offering various lamb dishes. I and my wife had a lunch here with a tender chopped meat dish (buntel masak) in a cozy atmosphere, which was too sweet and smelled slightly bad (4/5), and the hot lemon was too sour (3/5), but the hot lemon tea was perfect (5/5). Clean, spacious, cool space. Customers may take seats in a closed air conditioned room or in an open dining room. Clean traditional toilets and musholla (moslem prayer place). A narrow parking lot full of smoke from the roasting fire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serves lamb cuisine :satay, tongseng, satay buntel (consists of minced lamb that's wrapped in caul fat) , garang masak (similar to tongseng but the meat grilled first), tengkleng (bones) , and their specialty tengkleng rica. This place is branch of The Solo's ones.
