★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengkleng dan daging sate bisa dinikmati dengan baik, bau prengus sedikit banget. Daging tengkleng empuk karena sudah dimasak terlebih dahulu selama beberapa jam. Sebaiknya disuap ke mulut bersamaan dengan kuah supaya lebih mantap.
Daging pada sate bakar sepertinya tidak dibakar sampai matang supaya tidak alot. Daging pada tongseng diiris horizontal untuk mengurangi alot karena daging yg di sini dimasak hingga matang.
Kuah tongseng cenderung asin. Kuah sate goreng pakai kuah tongseng kemudian diberi kecap agak banyak, kombinasi rasa gurih asin manis.
Rempah di kuahnya enak semua, pas.
Masing2 porsi sate bakar, tongseng, tengkleng disajikan dengan kubis dan dibanderol 35 ribu.
Nasi goreng kambing: sesederhana sate goreng yang dicampur dengan nasi putih. Harganya 39ribu.
Saya pribadi merekomendasikan sate bakar dan tengkleng.
Lokasi agak nyempil/masuk ke jalan kecil. di halaman tempat makan ada area parkir kira2 cukup untuk 3 mobil, kalau lebih dari itu mobil akan lebih sulit keluar.
Toilet bersih sekali. Tempat makan lumayan bersih.
Tengkleng and satay meat can be enjoyed well, the smell of squid is very slight. Tengkleng meat is tender because it has been cooked in advance for several hours. It is better to feed it to the mouth along with the gravy to make it more stable.
The meat on the grilled satay doesn't seem to be burnt until it's cooked so it's not tough. The meat on the tongseng is sliced horizontally to reduce the toughness because the meat here is cooked until done.
Tongseng sauce tends to be salty. Fried satay sauce using tongseng sauce then given a bit of soy sauce, a combination of savory sweet and salty taste.
The spices in the sauce are all delicious, just right.
Each serving of grilled satay, tongseng, and tengkleng served with cabbage and is priced at 35 thousand.
Goat fried rice: as simple as fried satay mixed with white rice. The price is 39 thousand.
I personally recommend the grilled and tengkleng satay.
The location is a bit tucked away / into a small street. in the courtyard where there is a parking area there is enough parking for 3 cars, if it is more than that the car will be more difficult to get out.
Very clean toilet. The dining area is pretty clean.
