Daging ayamnya sangat lunak sehingga tidak sulit untuk digigit, apalagi bumbunya nih, khas bumbu Madura banget seperti biasanya, sampe heran kok bisa ya sate Madura bisa satu frekuensi rasanya walaupun lokasi dan tangan pembuatnya beda, salah satu warisan nenek moyangnya yang harus dipertahankan oleh anak cucunya??
