★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite easy to find, behind Indosat building, there is Merdeka building(known as brown building), Sarana Jaya building is right accross it. Little bit difficult to enter as there is stricted security check, but overall it makes you safer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building houses mainly the USaID Indonesia and three Japanese companies. It follows USaID security rules to enter this building which is different than normal security checks. You have limited options for meals: Starbucks, a local coffee shop at ground floor and a local food court at basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building condition and architecture is quite old. Restrooms and general facilities are working well, you can also find Starbucks inside and a single BCA ATM.
One that bothers me greatly though, even when I have been working here for couple of months, the security and checking system is so rigid and thorough. Not to mention the guards never present you a friendly impression.
I bet the renting fee for an office inside this building is not that competitive compared to any area around Jakarta vicinity. The average facilities and guest handling is the answer for such cons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid building with old architecture. The road to the entrances (both front and back) is too narrow. Too many thick, bulky doors between rooms inside. Maybe because this building was used by US embassy before. Not many greeneries or spots outside to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for working. Beside office building, there are coffee shop (starbucks) and grocery store named Bliblimart. So helpful for shopping without cash transaction. The building is accessible for public transportation (Halte Trans Jakarta Bank Indonesia/Monumen Nasional)
