★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 30 mei 2020 beli showcase type SAN-308 SC, sejak dipakai, berbunga es terus. Jadi setiap minggu hrs dimatikan agar bunga es nya mencair baru dipakai lagi, repot judulnya. Apakah type ini memang selalu berbunga es ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan customer service sangat sangat buruk. Ga ada komunikasinya sama sekali. Dichat whatsapp juga ga ada balesannya sampai harus ditelpon lagi. Setelah chatnya dibaca juga tidak ada balasannya.
Harus banget ya diajarin sama customer utk etika sopan santunnya berkomunikasi dan chattingan seperti apa.
Customer service is very very bad. There is no communication at all. There was also no reply on WhatsApp chat until I had to call again. After reading the chat, there is also no reply.
You really have to be taught to customers what manners to communicate and chat with.
