★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Privasi terjaga, bangunan kost baru, bersih, ada mesin cuci dan dapur. Fasilitas ac, kamar mandi dalam, kasur (spring bed), meja, kursi belajar, dan lemari. Kamar cukup kedap suara, sehingga suara bising di luar tidak ikut masuk ke dalam kamar membuat kita dapat beristirahat maupun belajar dengan tenang. Jenis kaca jendelanya adalah kaca gelap, yakni hanya dapat dilihat dengan jelas dari dalam. Ada parkiran mobil maupun motor. Lokasi strategis, dekat upn, uii, amikom, rs. JIH, terminal bus, dan segala macam rumah makan, burjo, serta cafe. Akses ke kost ini bisa dibilang mudah, letaknya dekat tikungan sehingga lebih mudah kalau diakses melalui jalan yg se arah dengan tikungannya supaya tidak memotong jalan.
Privacy is maintained, new boarding buildings, clean, there is a washing machine and kitchen. AC facilities, private bathrooms, mattresses (spring beds), tables, study chairs, and cabinets. The room is quite soundproof, so that outside noises come into the room so we can rest and study quietly. The type of window glass is dark glass, which can only be seen clearly from within. There are car and motorcycle parking lots. Strategic location, near UPN, UII, Amikom, RS. JIH, bus terminals, and all kinds of restaurants, burjos, and cafes. Access to the boarding house is arguably easy, it is located near the bend so that it is easier if accessed through the road in the direction of the bend so as not to cut off the road.
