Tempat tunggu service gerah banget ga ada kipas nya.
Tempat colokan listrik cuma di tengah, ga efektif
Ada free wifi akan lebih asik.
suggestion :
The place to wait for service is really hot, there is no fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak memuaskan, kita beli sparpart tapi di wajipin pasang di lokasi, sepertinya di dealer dewi sartika boleh hanya beli suku cadangnya tanpa harus pasang di lokasi.
Very unsatisfactory, we bought spare parts but we had to install them at the location, it seems that at the Dewi Sartika dealer, we can only buy spare parts without having to install them on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kesini penilaianku cukup buruk. Jeng jeng langsung total 900keatas. Padahal aku rajin service di tempat lain. Gak lagi2 kesini. Jam 12-13 waktunya makan siang gak ada mekanik yg kerja. Lucukk sih
First here my rating is quite bad. Jeng jeng direct total 900 and above. Even though I diligently service elsewhere. Not here anymore. 12-13 hours for lunch there is no mechanic working. It's funny
