★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung Service Center located in Kaliurang street km 5, this place not only available for service but also they sell original accessories of Samsung Phone. Open monday to saturday, monday to friday 08.30-18.00, saturday 08.30-17.00. Absolutely this place really helpful but the staff in accessories area is not friendly, the management should be more care about her, She need more education how to talk more friendly and smile (seem like lack of education how to talk with customers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, first told me all my data may be gone even after they change the OLED in the phone 4 days earlier. Then they say oh no its ur battery and i say replace it! Oh sorry out of stock! This is not the Samsung i have know over the past 15 years but i guesd if you accept poor service thats what u get!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff made nonsense explanations when I came to had my phone battery replaced. She said the battery needs to be broken first or something went wrong with the phone. and she was giving out a wrong information about battery is only covered within 6 months whilst in fact it's 1 year warranty.

I am a bit disappointed with the inability to accept debit card payment for the maintenance service down payment.
I am really surprised because I had seen with my own eyes that the staff asked another customers whether they want to pay with cash or card.
I got no problem with the place, service, or the staff. To think that I had to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw my cash!
