★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah.. pelayanan buruk.. saya hp samsung a 20s blum ada setahun.. jadi saya gk bisa update perangkat lunak.. terus hp restart2 sendiri bahkan sampe gk bisa masuk ke beranda.. lagi di gambar android.. restart lagi terus menerus.. kalo menurut kalian itu kenapa? Dari pihak samsung bilang karena ada korosi Air jadi gk bisa garansi.. kalo aku pikir si juga bermasalah di perangkat lunaknya.. oke, gk garansi gk papa.. tp seharuse jangan mahal banget kaya beli hp baru itu...Sangat KECEWA
Poor .. poor service .. I haven't had a Samsung cellphone a year 20s .. so I can't update the software .. then the cellphone restarts itself and can't even enter the homepage .. again in the android image .. restarting again and again. . if you think that's why? From the Samsung side, because there is water corrosion, I can't guarantee ... if I think there is also a problem with the software ... okay, no guarantee it doesn't matter ... but it shouldn't be really expensive like buying a new cellphone ... Very DISAPPOINTED
