Ngomongnya sebulan di telpon tapi ini lebih dari sebulan dan gak ada telpon sama sekali..
Gimana ini pelayanannya.. ok lah kalo saya masih di Indramayu.. wong saya sudah di Kutai masih mending kalo ke Jawa berkasnya dah jadi.. lah kalo belum.. apa gak buang buang biaya apa...
Tolong tingkatkan lagi..
 Why does the vehicle transfer take so long?
Talked about a month on the phone but it's been more than a month and no calls at all..
How is this service.. it's ok if I'm still in Indramayu.. my wong is already in Kutai, it's still better if I go to Java, the file is ready.. if not.. isn't it a waste of money...
Please upgrade again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dan fasilitasnya perlu d tingkatin lagi, apalagi kalo perpanjang pajak, kenapa ktp ikut di streples, kan bikin bolong² ktp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk usulan pencabutan berkas lumayan lama hampir 3 bulan mulai usul agustus 21 hingga saat ini b(okt 21) belum ada konfirmasi. Mohon kinerjanya lebih efisien lagi agar masyarakat lebih respek tehadap pelayanan publik khususnya samsat indramayu. Terima kasih
For the proposed revocation of the file, it took almost 3 months starting from the proposal on August 21 until now b(Oct 21) there has been no confirmation. We hope that the performance will be more efficient so that the public will have more respect for public services, especially Samsat Indramayu. thank you

untuk BBN pelayanan tidak memuaskan baru jam 13.30 sudah mau tutup
semga indrmayu lebih baik
please fix the system, for physical check, rest at 11.20 WIB
for BBN the service is not satisfactory, it's only 13.30 it's about to close
I hope Indramayu is better
