Yang harus disiapkan :
Photocopy ktp 2 lembar
Photocopy sim 2 lembar
Setelah itu ke loket pendaftaran ( loket 3 ). Kasih sim,ktp,serta kopian nya. Nanti dikasih nomor dan di suruh ke ruang kesehatan.
Dari ruang kesehatan akan di tes, siapkan 30 rb.
Kemudian ke ruang asuransi, siapkan 25rb
Kemudian menuju loket BRI , bayar sesuai tipe sim yg anda buat. Setelah itu isi formulir yg diberikan dari loket BRI tadi.
Di meja tulis ada contohnya, silahkan ikuti sesuai contoh yg harus di isi.
Kemudian kasih semua(satu map formulir yg sudah di steples) ke loket (3) pendaftaran lagi. Nanti akan dipanggil keruang foto. Selesai itu sim jadi.

datang jam 8.10 .. ambil antrian dapet nomor antrian 34.. foto kopi ktp sim lama 2 lembar biaya rp. 4.000.. antri kira kira 70 menit baru masuk ke periksan kesehatan 3 menit biaya rp.25.000 . lanjut ke ruamg asuransi berkas 5 menit biaya rp.30.000 lanjut ke loket BRI bayar biaya SimC 75.000 . isi berkas berkas beli pulpen dulu rp. 3.000. nunggu lagi kira kira 30 menit buat foto sim. nunggu lagi kira kira 10 menit buat ambil sim baru...selesai alhamdulillah. parkir roda 2 biaya rp. 2.000
jadi biaya yang dikeluarkan total semua == Rp. 139.000
tips ntrik buat perpanjang sim disini
1. loket antrian dibuka jam 7.30 jadi klo mau pagi jam segitu harus udh sampe
2. foto kopi di luar lebih murah spertnya.
3. bawa pulpen dari rumah
