★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sambel rebusnya enak dan pedes banget, kayaknya pake cabe merah gede gitu deh, sayur asemnya juga pas simple rasanya, cuma saran sih kalo bisa dikurangin batang melinjonya ya. Ayamnya manis gurih berasa kunyitnya.
The boiled chili sauce is delicious and very spicy, it looks like you use big red chilies, the tamarind vegetables are just right, the taste is simple, just a suggestion if you can reduce the melinjo stems. The chicken is sweet and savory with the turmeric taste.
