★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup luas perumnya, ada 5 blok (blok AB, CD dst), lingkungan kekeluargaan perum baik, ada masjid, ada satpam, kegiatan warga cukup baik. Islami tentu saja. Ada shalat 5 waktu berjamaah, shalat Jum'at, dan shalat ied berjamaah di masjid perum, ada TPA. Kekurangan hanya air masih air tanah saja, kalau bisa PDAM lebih baik, karena air tanah di daerah banguntapan selatan-piyungan cukup kurang baik kualitasnya. Bisa diatasi dg beli air isi ulang utk masak, pakai filter atau cari titik sumur baru. Rata-rata perum daerah jalan pleret km kecil yg belum PDAM umumnya airnya akan sama kualitasnya, tidak hanya di Samara. Daerahnya itu panas wajar, tp lumayan ada bbrp pohon di dlm jadi relatif rindang dibanding perum tanpa pohon sama sekali.

Islamic of course. There are 5 daily prayers in congregation, Friday prayers, and Eid prayers in congregation at the public mosque, there is a TPA. The only drawback is that the water is still groundwater, if possible, PDAM is better, because the groundwater in the area of South-Piyungan Banguntapan is not of good quality. It can be overcome by buying refilled water for cooking, using a filter or finding a new well point. On average, the Perum in the area of the small km Pleret Road that has no PDAM, generally the water will be of the same quality, not only in Samara. The area is naturally hot, but there are quite a few trees inside so it's relatively shady compared to a housing estate with no trees at all.
