Maaf saya kasih bintang 1 karena pelayanan kalian buruk sekali. Salon ini not recommended. Apa tidak pernah diajari bagaimana cara kalian memperlakukan pelanggan kalian? Apa kalian tidak tahu bahwa harus menjaga attitude di depan pelanggan kalian? Apa mengeluhkan tentang kondisi pelanggan Anda saat itu merupakan hal yang baik? Bayangkan jadi saya, bukannya disemangati & diberi masukan-masukan atau saran malah dikasih dengar keluhan-keluhan yang membuat saya muak sepanjang di salon. Saya bukannya mau dihormati sebagai pelanggan, tapi tolonglah kerja yang profesional dikit. Kalau potong memotong okelah kalian keren, tapi selain itu not recommended, apalagi yang tricky & memerlukan skill khusus. Tolong juga kalau memang "tidak bisa" ya bilang saja tidak bisa, jangan ngeles. Jika tidak ahli ya sudah akui saja tidak ahli. Jangan malah nyari-nyari alasan. Memangnya saya sepolos itu? Memangnya saya tidak tahu? Kalian ini perusahaan jasa, loh! Apa patut berperilaku seperti itu pada kustomer kalian? Geleng-geleng kepala saya. Sepanjang saya berkecimpung dalam dunia Manajemen, tidak pernah saya diajari atau berperilaku buruk yang berakibat pada ketidakpuasan pelanggan saya. Saya harap ke depannya Studio 3 jadi lebih baik lagi. Terima kasih.
Sorry I gave 1 star because your service is very bad. This salon is not recommended. Have you never been taught how to treat your customers? Don't you know that you have to maintain an attitude in front of your customers? Is complaining about the condition of your customers when it is a good thing? Imagine being me, instead of being cheered up & given input or suggestions, I was even given complaints that made me sick throughout the salon. I do not want to be respected as a customer, but please help a little professional work. If you cut, you are cool, but otherwise it's not recommended, especially tricky ones that require special skills. Please also if you really can't, just say you can't, don't stop. If you are not experts, then admit it, you are not experts. Don't even look for reasons. Am I that innocent? I don't know? You are a service company! Is it proper to behave like that to your customers? Shake my head. As long as I am involved in the world of Management, I have never been taught or behaved badly which results in the dissatisfaction of my customers. I hope that in the future Studio 3 will be better. thanks.
