 Friendly service, the treatment is also satisfying, I like the therapist ungkinmaybe the room needs to be added so it's not cramped in the treatment room, overall satisfied and want to come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran aja sih, untuk nggak maksa2 customer buat nambah2 treatment yg ga diinginkan cust. Mengurangi kenyamanan aja. Dan maksanya literally maksa soalnya. Heuuuu
Just a suggestion, not to force customers to add treatments that the customer doesn't want. Reduce comfort. And the force literally means the problem. Huuuuu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget sih, kalau bisa jangan suka maksa2 klien buat ngelakuin treatment tambahan bu, dengan alasan rambut kering lah, kepanjangan lah, bercabang lah, ini, itu.. bersikaplah profesional jangan hanya ingin untung banyak! Apalagi dengan tarif salon ibu yang bisa dibilang cukup mahal..Jika klien minta potong rambut ya potong rambut saja dan lakukan prosedur nya dengan baik, karena klien ibu tahu apa yang dia butuhkan saat itu, terkecuali klien minta pendapat treatment apa yang harus dipilih. Kalau ibu selalu memaksakan klien seperti itu, mereka akan berfikir ulang untuk datang kembali ke salon ibu, dan mencari yang lebih nyaman buat dia karena merasa dirugikan. Semoga menjadi perhatian!
I'm really disappointed, if possible, don't like forcing clients to do additional treatments, ma'am, with the excuse of dry hair, long hair, branching, this, that... be professional, don't just want to make a lot of profit! Especially with the tariffs of the mother's salon, which can be said to be quite expensive.. If the client asks for a haircut, just cut the hair and do the procedure well, because the client knows what she needs at that time, unless the client asks for an opinion on what treatment to choose. If you always force clients like that, they will think again about coming back to your salon, and looking for something more comfortable for them because they feel that they have been wronged. Hope it gets attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempatnya enak, pelayanannya ramah, cuma ditawarin buat nambah treatment terus, yang krg suka udah di uap, tapi double uap katanya rambut saya kering banget,padahal engga kering, pas abs di uap 2x malah dibilang rambut saya lembut,pas saya pegang jadi kering banget dan kusut banget padshal sebelumnya rambut saya gak gitu,sampe akhirnya pas pulang keramas lg biar rambutnya lembut. jadi gak worth it, mungkin buat selanjutnya jgn berlebihan, kasian customer udh bayar mahal tp malah gak sesuai sama hasilnya
the place is nice, the service is friendly, it's only offered to continue to add treatment, what I don't like is already steamed, but double steam says my hair is very dry, even though it's not dry, when my abs are steamed twice it says my hair is soft, when I hold it it's really dry and it was really tangled, although before that my hair wasn't like that, until finally when I got home I washed it again so that my hair was soft. so it's not worth it, maybe for the next one don't overdo it, pity the customer has paid a lot but it doesn't match the results
