★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ambil paketan creambath + catok. creambathnya sebentar bgt dan pas di hairdryer ga dikasih tonic. vitamin rambutnya juga sedikit banget. buat hasil lumayan, tapi harus ditingkatkan lg. karna rambut butuh proteksi lebih dr tonic & vitamin rambut.
 take the cream bath + vise package. The cream bath is really short and when it's in the hairdryer, it doesn't give a tonic. Her hair vitamins are also very little. make decent results, but must be improved again. Because hair needs more protection than hair tonics and vitamins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ owner, mas atau Mba nya yg inget gue pake kaos abu2 nunggu di deket kulkas yang tiba2 ngilang, maaf banget gue lgsg balik, laki gue nyuruh pulang krn w ngadu , pelayanan kalian luar biasa parah, mentang2 w cuma potong rambut doang disuruh tggu 1 jam ... giliran emak2 yg keliatan beduit baru dtg lgsg disuruh duduk dilayani maksimal ... payah payah ... padahal bukan sekali gue ksono ... laki gue langsung bilang GA ADA LAGI KAMU KE SITU YA ... makasih banyak utk waktu sy yg terbuang ... emang paling bener ke salon di mall langganan pake SOP , ga asal2an pelayanannya .... :)
the owner, sir or madam, who remembers me wearing a gray t-shirt waiting near the fridge which suddenly disappeared, I'm really sorry I'm going back right away, my man ordered me to go home because I complained, your service was extremely bad, just cut my hair and was told to wait 1 hour ... it's the turn of the moms who look like new cashiers have just come and are told to sit and serve the maximum ... it sucks ... even though it's not the first time I'm ksono ... my man immediately said NO MORE FOR YOU TO GO THERE YA ... thank you very much for my time what's wasted... is it really true to go to a salon at a mall to subscribe to using SOPs, don't care about the service... :)
