 I got my haircut from a hairdresser named Ra* Lee (I'm writing this review based on information that he also works here). He didn't even shave the most important part of a men's haircut, and he didn't even check it in the mirror. I let the assistant finish the work, and I immersed myself in other work without even checking the final look. I arrived at the promised time, but there were customers waiting, and there was no apology while I was waiting, and the waiting time was long in the middle of cutting my hair, but there was no apology or a word of consideration. I'll give you the worst score in terms of skill and attitude. I am writing this review for the public purpose in the hope that no victims like me will happen. I would like to point out that I have no personal feelings towards the individual or the company.

β β β β β After telling my friends and family, I decided to write this review cause I find the services quite unprofessional. So, 4 days ago I booked a hair cut appt with the boss, Ray. The staffs were nice and friendly, however, after showing my reference pictures (wolf cut) to Ray, he suddenly told me that his assistant was better at cutting those styles. Later, the assistant was quite surprised too when she asked me why I choose her to cut my hair. During the whole cutting processes, I basically directed her and pointed out few things that she should focused on. My hair cut is uneven. The hair cut on the right is longer than the leftβs and my bangs are uneven and quite block too (I asked for a korean bangs and had to fix it by myself at home). I mentioned it a few times for her to fix it but she still didnβt get my point. I even help her styled my own hair cause she couldnβt do it. I chose Ray for a reason and it was really unprofessional to say that u couldnβt do it and passed it to someone else. You became the head hair dresser for a reason. Overall, I give it 3.5. It was disappointing.
