1. terus2an mengelak ketika diminta kejelasan mengapa harga test lebih mahal 150k dari informasi sebelumnya, ternyata preparation test nya dgn harga prediction test,
2. hampir 2 bulan tidak ada kejelasan kapan kelas diadakan, ketika ditanyakan, malah dijawab untuk kelas yg lain (saya daftar kelas TOEFL, malah dijawab untuk kelas SMA ?),
3. ketika saya kabari bahwa saya tidak jadi bergabung, keesokan harinya dikabari kelas diadakan 2 hari lagi,
dgn pelayanan yg semakin mengecewakan, semakin yakin untuk tidak bergabung
Try the class ok, but the service is disappointing,
1. constantly evasive when asked for clarity why the price of the test is more expensive 150k than the previous information, it turns out that the preparation test with the price of prediction test,
2. almost 2 months there was no clarity when the class was held, when asked, instead it was answered for another class (I list the TOEFL class, instead it was answered for high school class ?),
3. when I let you know that I did not join, the next day the class was held in 2 days,
the more disappointing the service, the more sure it is not to join

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nyaman, sangat bersih, musola tersedia, toilet memadai dan bersih. Staff sangat ramah, cocok melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar disini. Guru-gurunya ramah dan merangkul setiap muridnya. Ada fasilitas Wifi.
The place is comfortable, very clean, musola is available, toilets are adequate and clean. The staff is very friendly, suitable for carrying out teaching and learning activities here. The teachers are friendly and embrace each student. There is Wifi facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant service and needs improvement. I wanted to get information about TOEFL Prediciton test, the phone number was offline for hours. I texted thru WhatsApp and got no response as well. After hours, I got the information thru a phone call.
The next morning I took the test. A front officer said the result would be ready around an hour. I requested her to send the result thru email later, but she said it couldn’t be done due to some reasons. The front officer was unfriendly and didn’t even smile. What a shame, in this technological era, one of reputable English courses in Indonesia ask the customers to wait or come back for the result instead of sending the copy thru email.
The only advantage I got was a great location.
