The problems started from the very beginning. I asked them several times whether they would be able to deliver my car on time or not, if not, then I will look for another company ... They replied that they would deliver and did not do it.
As a result, the car was delivered, it was not in the best condition, there were cosmetic damages, but the car would start and it was possible to drive.
But after 100-130 km the power steering belt broke. For this car, this is a serious breakdown and it is prohibited to drive with such a breakdown. I was far from the city and it was already hard to find a car repair shop.
In the end, people helped me and I spent my personal money on car repairs.
The company rented me a car in poor condition, I could have gotten into big problems because of this!
They refused to compensate for the repairs.
The manager is very rude. Doesn't answer questions. If there are problems, then you will be ignored.
Tip: Look for another company.
