Sampe Saat ini rute perjalanan menggunakan Sanus 66 sementara tdk beroprasi...kmungkinan wKtunya 2 s/d 4 minggu.
Ships per October 28 docking (annual routine service)
Until now the route is using Sanus 66 while not operating ... it's possible 2 to 4 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Sesuai dengan SK Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut Nomor KP 815 l/DJPL/2019 tanggal 18 November, dengan ini diberitahukan bahwa KM Sabuk Nusantara 66 mulai 1 Januari 2020 tidak melayani rute Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa-Kepulauan Seribu,” tulis Pelni dalam informasi tersebut.
Pengumuman itu lantas dibenarkan langsung oleh Kepala Humas Pelni Yahya Kuncoro. Menurut Yahya, kebijakan tersebut mengacu pada keputusan Kementerian Perhubungan selaku regulator. “Karena landasan dari operator adalah penugasan,” ujarnya dalam pesan tertulis kepada Tempo, Senin, 6 Januari 2020.
Adapun KM Sabuk Nusantara adalah armada pelayaran milik Kementerian Perhubungan yang dioperasikan oleh perusahaan pelat merah, yakni Pelni. Yahya menerangkan, perseroannya sebelumnya hanya memiliki satu armada untuk trayek itu.
Adapun Direktur Lalu-lintas Laut Ditjen Perhubungan Laut Kementerian Perhubungan Captain Wisnu Handoko mengatakan ada beberapa alasan KM Sabuk Nusantara 66 mandek dijalankan. Kebijakan ini merupakan hasil evaluasi pengusulan trayek perintis yang dilakukan setiap tahun.
Wisnu menjelaskan, pertimbangan tersebut meliputi wilayah Kepulauan Seribu yang saat ini tidak termasuk kategori 3TP atau daerah tertinggal, terdepan, terluar dan perbatasan. Selanjutnya, trayek Kepulauan Seribu pada masa ini sudah banyak dilayani oleh kapal liner milik swasta.
“Perlu diketahui bahwa trayek perintis seharusnya tidak bersinggungan dengan trayek yang sudah dilayani perusahaan swasta,” ucapnya.
Pertimbangan selanjutnya, ujar dia, Pemda DKI pada 2019 telah memiliki sejumlah kapal yang dioperasikan pemerintah daerah. Kapal itu berfungsi melayani penumpang di wilayah Kepulauan Seribu.
Di sisi lain pada 2020, ia menjelaskan, Pemda DKI maupun KSOP belum mengajukan pengadaan kapal perintis seperti pemerintah daerah lain yang mengajukan kapal tipe penumpang dan kargo. Temuan ini sesuai dengan hasil penelaahan tim audit internal dan eksternal untuk penyelenggaraan perintis.
"In accordance with Decree of the Director General of Sea Transportation Number KP 815 l / DJPL / 2019 dated November 18, it is hereby notified that KM Sabuk Nusantara 66 starting January 1, 2020 does not serve the Sunda Kelapa-Thousand Islands Port route," Pelni wrote in the information.
The announcement was then immediately confirmed by the Head of Public Relations Pelni Yahya Kuncoro. According to Yahya, the policy refers to the decision of the Ministry of Transportation as the regulator. "Because the basis of the operator is the assignment," he said in a written message to Tempo, Monday, January 6, 2020.
The KM Sabuk Nusantara is a shipping fleet owned by the Ministry of Transportation which is operated by a state-owned company, namely Pelni. Yahya explained, the company previously only had one fleet for the route.
The Director of Sea Traffic Directorate General of Sea Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation, Captain Wisnu Handoko, said that there were several reasons KM KM Nusantara 66 stopped running. This policy is the result of an annual evaluation of the proposed pioneering routes.
Wisnu explained, these considerations cover the Thousand Islands region which currently does not belong to the 3TP category or disadvantaged, frontier, outermost and border areas. Furthermore, the Thousand Islands route has been served by private liner vessels at this time.
"It should be noted that pioneer routes should not be in contact with routes that have been served by private companies," he said.
The next consideration, he said, is that the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta will have a number of vessels operated by the regional government in 2019. The ship serves to serve passengers in the Thousand Islands region.
On the other hand in 2020, he explained, the DKI Regional Government and the KSOP had not yet proposed procurement of pioneering vessels like other regional governments which proposed passenger and cargo type ships. This finding is consistent with the results of the internal and external audit team's review of pioneer operations.
